If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn (except for trying on).

Include all original packaging and tags.

Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? No problem!

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We recommend emailing admin@coogeecabanaz.com to confirm availability before sending your item back.

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund instead.

30 Day Returns Policy

If you’d like to return your order within 30 Days of your original order date for a refund, we’ll happily process it once your item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are made for full price items only and to the original payment method.

Discounted or Sale items are not eligible for a Return, a store credit will be provided in lieu of this

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or noticed a fault?
Please email admin@coogeecabanaz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it fast.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
